Since then, much has changed, but the core motto has remained the same: “taking literature beyond the academic halls.”
With the modest aim of reaching new readers, Recorte Lírico has forged its own path, independently of its creators’ ideals, supporters, and the literary scene in general. Over time, the project found its audience and fulfilled its motto, reaching millions of readers, developing dozens of projects, gathering hundreds of supporters on the site, and inspiring many people to embrace literary knowledge.
Today, Recorte Lírico remains committed to its purpose with every line written by those of us who are part of this project. And when I say “us,” I truly mean all of us—including you, dear reader.
